Any painting or related services we perform for you will be governed exclusively by a separate written contract or work agreement signed by both parties. That signed agreement controls the scope of work, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty coverage, and all other terms of the project. In the event of any conflict between this Site and a signed contract, the signed contract governs.
